Rwanda stock exchange {RSE} market recorded significant improvement though there wasn’t any significant change in the share index from the two main players, Rwanda sole brewing company, Bralirwa and leading bank-Bank of Kigali

Today on RSE, the market recorded 386,900 BoK shares and 33,200 Bralirwa shares valued at Rwf 122, 414,700 in six deals compared to the previous trading session which recorded 83,100 BoK shares and 11,000 Bralirwa shares that were valued at Rwf 29, 577,500 in thirteen deals.

The RSE share index (RSI) remained unchanged compared to the previous trading session of 233.54 as the most active counters, BoK and Bralirwa remained unchanged from the previous closing prices of Rwf 245 and Rwf 838 respectively.

BoK shares traded and closed at Rwf 245 whereas Bralirwa counter traded between Rwf 832-838 and closed at Rwf 838.KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 185 while NMG and Uchumi Supermarket shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200 and Rwf 165 respectively.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 10,000 BoK shares at Rwf 250 and outstanding bids of 840,800 shares between Rwf 235-244. On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 164,800 shares between Rwf 840-890 and an outstanding bid of 26,800 shares at Rwf 830.

 On KCB counter; there were outstanding bids of 12,400 shares between Rwf 175-180 and no outstanding offers. On NMG counter; there was an outstanding bid of 1,000 shares at Rwf1,200 and no outstanding offers.

On USL counter; there was an outstanding offer of 3,000 shares at Rwf 175 and outstanding bids of 6,800 shares between Rwf 151-165.
