m_RSE bourse regains activity

Today, the RSE share index (RSI) went up by 0.27 points to close at 235.82 after two days of less or no activity on the trading counters.

The RSE market recorded a total turnover of Rwf 3,521,000 from 15,200 BK shares traded in 6 deals compared to yesterday’s trading session which ended with no transaction.

BK shares traded between Rwf 225 and Rwf 246 and closed at Rwf 246 registering an increase of Rwf 1 from yesterday’s closing price. Bralirwa shares price remained unchanged from yesterday’s closing price of Rwf 848.

KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 185 while NMG and Uchumi Supermarket shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200 and Rwf 175 respectively. At the end of formal trading hours, there was an outstanding bid of 3,000 BoK shares at Rwf 225 and outstanding offers of 27,000 BoK shares between Rwf 246-250.

On Bralirwa counter, there was an outstanding bid of 5,400 shares at Rwf 835 and outstanding offers of 483,400 shares between Rwf 845-890.

On KCB counter; there were outstanding bids of 12,400 shares between Rwf 175-180 and no outstanding offers; while on the NMG counter, there was an outstanding bid of 1,000 shares at Rwf 1,200 and no outstanding offers.
