Today on RSE, the market recorded seven deals of 305,700 BoK shares and 100 Bralirwa shares worth RwF 55, 124,000; up marginally from Rwf 4, 300,000 on a volume of 5,000 Bralirwa shares traded in three deals yesterday.
The RSE share index (RSI) went up 0.26 points to close at 222.23 and mainly pushed by the rising BoK share price which closed at Rwf 185. BoK shares traded at a high of Rwf 185 and low of Rwf 180 before closing at RwF 185, registering an increase of Rwf 1 compared to yesterday’s closing price whereas Bralirwa counter traded and closed at Rwf 860,unchanged from yesterday’s closing price.
KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 175 while NMG shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200. At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 440,300 BoK shares between Rwf 185-200 and outstanding bids of 846,500 shares between Rwf 180-181.
On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 93,800 shares between Rwf 860-890 and no outstanding bids. On KCB counter; there was an outstanding bid of 5,000 shares at Rwf 180 and no outstanding offers.
