Rwanda Stock Exchange bourse continues to drop

Today, the Rwanda Stock Exchange {RSE} market recorded a total turnover of Rwf 70,540,300 from 1,700 Bralirwa shares and 211,200 BoK shares traded in nine deals compared to yesterday’s trading session which was inactive with no shares traded.

The RSE share index (RSI) went down by 1.39 points to close at 260.91 resulting from a decrease in domestic stocks share prices. BoK shares traded between Rwf 325-329 and closed at Rwf 327, translating into a decline of Rwf 3 compared to yesterday’s closing price

Apparently Bralirwa counter traded between Rwf 865-867 and closed at Rwf 867, translating into a decline of Rwf 3 from yesterday’s closing price.

In the meantime, KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 185 while NMG and Uchumi Supermarket shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200 and Rwf 175 respectively.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 139,900 BoK shares between Rwf 327-340 and no outstanding bids.

On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 105,300 shares between Rwf 866-890 and no outstanding bids. On KCB counter; there were outstanding bids of 5,100 shares between Rwf 175-180 and no outstanding offers.

On NMG counter; there was an outstanding bid of 1,000 shares at Rwf 1,200 and no outstanding offers.On USL counter; there was an outstanding offer of 2,000 shares at Rwf 175 and an outstanding bid of 100 shares at Rwf 170.
