The RSE share index (RSI) went down 0.10 points to close at 217.28 and mainly caused by the falling Bralirwa share price which closed at Rwf 829.
At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 666,900 BoK shares between Rwf 190-200 and an outstanding bid of 2,000,000 shares at Rwf 181.
On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 1,172,600 shares between Rwf 826-890 and no buyers.
However, the market recorded 100,500 BoK shares and 101,100 Bralirwa shares valued at Rwf 103, 163,400 in ten deals compared to the previous trading session which was quiet with no trades recorded.
The BoK counter traded at a high of Rwf 190 and low of Rwf 182 before closing at RwF 190, registering an increase of Rwf 5 compared to yesterday’s closing price whereas Bralirwa counter traded at a high of Rwf 839 and low of Rwf 829 before closing at RwF 829, translating into a decline of Rwf 7 from yesterday’s closing price.
KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 175 while NMG and Uchumi Supermarket shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200 and Rwf 175 respectively.
