Ngororero District to invest in land development

The District Authority in Ngororero is willing to give out 50 plots of land to investors for development, Emmanuel Mazimpaka; Vice-mayor for the District’s economic affairs has remarked.

Though the district lacks big pieces of lands, the master plan shows that commercial houses can be built behind Ngororero market in Rususa cell, the vice-mayor asserts.

It is planned that entrepreneurs who are willing to set up buildings according to the master plan will be given the plots of land to develop.

Infrastructures will gear business development in Ngororero town

This program was done as a way of promoting sustainable development in Ngororero town since lack of infrastructures hinders business development.

Talking to business men and women in Ngororero town on setting up commercial houses, they said it’s not easy but they will form an association and build one house since most of them haven’t yet expanded their businesses.
